The Pen Centre provides self-serve Smarte Carte children’s strollers at the shopping centre. They are located in the corridor between Arlies and Melanie Lyne.  The rental charge is $5.00 for a single and $6.00 for a double stroller with a $1.00 refund dispensed by the Stroller Management Unit when each stroller is returned. Cash or credit cards are accepted. A portion of all stroller rentals are donated to the Tender Wishes Foundation, an organization that grants wishes to children in the Niagara Region who suffer from a potentially life-threatening illness.
